What we do

BZ Softech builds business software: custom applications, web and mobile products, ERP and hospital management systems, and Oracle APEX development including migration away from Oracle Forms. We also run digital marketing for clients whose growth depends on being found.

How we work

Discovery before proposals. A staging environment you can open at any time rather than a monthly status report. Two-week iterations with something working at the end of each. Source code, documentation and deployment configuration transferred to you on completion - you should never be locked in by the people who built your system.

What we will tell you

When an off-the-shelf product would serve you better than a custom build. When a rewrite is more expensive than modernising what you have. When a deadline is not achievable at the quality you are asking for. These conversations are uncomfortable at proposal stage and considerably less uncomfortable than the alternative six months later.

Where we work

Our team is in Lahore, Pakistan. We work with clients across Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. Gulf clients share almost our entire working day; European clients share most of it; US clients get a reliable overlap window in their morning.

Languages

We deliver in English, Arabic and Urdu, including right-to-left interfaces built properly rather than retrofitted. Arabic content is written by Arabic speakers.
