What working here involves

Our projects are business systems: hospital software, ERP, Oracle migrations, web and mobile applications. The work is less about novelty and more about correctness - the systems we build are used every day by people whose jobs depend on them behaving predictably.

What we look for

Engineers who read the existing code before changing it, who ask what a feature is for, and who would rather raise a problem early than discover it at go-live. Formal qualifications matter less than demonstrable work.

Areas we hire in

Full-stack web development (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Laravel), Flutter and Dart mobile development, Oracle APEX and PL/SQL, quality assurance, UI and UX design, and digital marketing.
