Our longest-running US work is Oracle modernisation - Forms and Reports applications that still run correctly but can no longer be supported comfortably. That work suits a remote engagement well: it is database-centric, the requirements are already encoded in the existing system, and progress is verifiable through parallel running.

How the time difference works

Pakistan is roughly nine to twelve hours ahead of US time zones depending on coast and season. In practice that means a working overlap in your early morning and our evening, which is enough for a daily standup and ad-hoc calls. Written communication carries the rest, which for migration work is an advantage rather than a compromise.

Contracting

Contracts, IP assignment and data handling are agreed before work starts. You own the code and the documentation.
