BZ Hospital Management System is integrated hospital software covering fourteen modules - IPD, OPD, emergency, laboratory, pharmacy, insurance and panels, billing, operation theatre, doctor share, lab share, HR, accounts, inventory and stock - on a single shared patient record, deployable on-premises or in the cloud.
Built around one patient record
The value is not in any single module. It is that admission, laboratory, pharmacy, theatre and billing all read and write the same record, so a patient is registered once and every department sees the same history and the same charges.
Where hospitals feel it first
Usually in three places. Billing stops leaking, because charges are captured where the service happens rather than assembled afterwards. Doctor share and lab share stop being a monthly spreadsheet exercise and become a report generated from transactions. And panel claims go out on time, because the paperwork assembles itself.
Deployment
On-premises or cloud, depending on your connectivity and data policies. Role-based access control and audit trails apply to clinical and financial records throughout. Implementation is phased department by department - a hospital cannot pause while a system goes live.
Configuration, not compromise
Service catalogues, tariffs, package definitions, panel rules and share formulas are configured to the agreements your hospital actually has. Those rules differ at every hospital we have worked with, and a system that cannot express them accurately gets abandoned in favour of the spreadsheet it was meant to replace.

Emergency
Rapid registration, triage categories, treatment records, and conversion to inpatient admission where required.
Laboratory
Test ordering, sample collection and tracking, result entry and verification, and report delivery to doctors and patients.
Pharmacy
Dispensing against prescriptions, batch and expiry control, stock levels, purchases and returns.
Insurance & panels
Panel and corporate patient handling, entitlement checks, claim preparation, submission tracking and settlement reconciliation.
Billing
Service, procedure and package billing across departments, with discounts, refunds, advances and consolidated invoices.
Operation theatre
OT scheduling, surgical team assignment, consumables recorded against the procedure, and post-operative notes.
Doctor share
Consultant share calculated per doctor, service, procedure or panel rule, with statements produced per period from actual transactions.
Lab share
Referral and laboratory revenue sharing calculated automatically, replacing the monthly spreadsheet exercise.
HR
Staff records, departments, rosters, attendance, leave management and payroll inputs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Accounts
Chart of accounts, journals, receivables, payables, cash and bank, cost centres and departmental profitability.
